DOR offers a variety of services for both individuals with disabilities and employers looking to hire qualified candidates. Services are tailored to each person to help him/her reach an employment goal.  DOR and its community partners can match business staffing needs with skilled, educated and motivated workers from its consumer base.  Support services can continue after placement.  Examples of service include, but are not limited to, career education and training, job search and interview skills, career assessment and counseling, job coaching, tools, work clothing, transportation, independent livings skills and assistive technology (such as adaptive computers, listening devices, etc.).  DOR also provides no cost information and training around the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to employers and their workforce.
